Thurs 7th May 10am-2pm Sourdough Workshop
Ever wondered how to make great sourdough? Well, wonder no more! My tried, tested and trusty (and very forgiving) recipe and method cuts out the jargon so you can bake super healthy delicious sourdough creations at home! Suitable for novice & experienced bakers. We'll cover each stage of the process from caring for your starter to mixing, shaping and baking. You'll take home a cooked loaf of bread and a cooked rosemary focaccia plus cinnamon bun dough for you to bake in your own kitchen. As well as this, you'll take home extra dough to shape & bake another loaf and some starter so you can create your very own sourdough masterpieces at home!
Please bring suitable containers to transport your bread dough and starter home as well as a spring form cake tin (or similar) to take your cinnamon bun dough.
